What a powerful reflection, Mel ✨. I really appreciate how you’ve broken down the subtle but often overlooked trap of seeking validation. The way you describe decision itself as the only evidence we ever need is both liberating and deeply practical. I especially loved your reminder that there’s no “big” or “small” in consciousness ... it’s all the same process. Thank you for writing this with such clarity and heart. It’s a piece that encourages trust in ourselves and feels like an invitation to freedom. 🌿
Thank you Harshi! I love your input on this, it’s always my intention to make things as simple and direct as possible.. that all of this stuff we do naturally anyway! Now it’s all about accessing it whenever we please 😄
Absolutely. I restacked your article, and I felt that validation is something engraved into our systems from day 1 of our birth. It is very hard to break away from. But maybe as a practice we can start small as you said and find that one place or one nook, where you do not have to validate. Really enjoyed your article!
Yes! Definitely. It is ingrained in us to some degree, and it’s a normal human trait when we operate entirely from a survival/scarcity mindset. Even for me it’s a daily exercise and honestly it should be… exercising our minds and selves that is! especially in today’s era where we’re outsourcing everything - the last thing we should outsource is the way we think
